To help improve the standard of living and prosperity of the local community by contributing to build a competitive local business environment that fosters competitive firms which in return create jobs and economic growth.
The process will give the university team the opportunity to develop a professional strategic business plan, launch a new business, raise startup capital, learn management frameworks to make successful decisions, provide competitive services for customers, create jobs for local citizens, and contribute to local economic growth.
There is no obligation on the university team to start a new company after the process. However, after the process, each of the team members or Manageering Inc can each create a new company seperately on their own. Alternatively, the university team can create a new company with the assistance of Manageering Inc where the ownership structure of the new company would be negotiated between the following stakeholders: Manageering Inc, process facilitator, university, team, and startup investors.
A NDA will not be signed by Manageering Inc, process facilitator, the university, or the team members because the Manageering Startup Process does not discuss technical proprietary details instead the process uses business models for competitive strategy and operational effectiveness to position a new company in an existing industry with the potential to achieve sustained above average industry profitability. As such, technical proprietary details would be discussed after the new company is created, which is after the initial process.
The process includes only the most essential management frameworks published by world renowned academic scholars that have been integrated by Manageering into 5 logical stages which most people can learn regardless of the level of prior business experience or business education.
If the process is in high demand at the university then one or more university members can be trained by Manageering to facilitate during the high demand.
